Strict Revision Control
DFI is committed to revision control and wherever possible uses the same components across its entire product line. Our dedication to complete revision control means that customers are notified and approvals are obtained before any component change can occur. When a change to critical components becomes necessary, DFI performs extensive testing to ensure a smooth transition with minimal impact on customer applications.
Long Product Lifecycle Supply
DFI guarantees our products will be offered for a minimum of 3~5 years. DFI will maintain stock of critical components to lower the risk of discontinued items, and will issue an End of Life (EOL) notice as soon as components become unavailable, usually 6 months prior to discontinuance of product. DFI maintains the base platform, allowing our customers to stay focused on their true value-add — the applications.
